NOTE: We do our very best to care for and select the plants for our customers. However, from the time between posting, purchase and Ag Inspection, conditions such as fungus, etc., may arise resulting in the need to remove a very small section of a leaf, or in its entirety. In this event, we will carefully determine the best method to minimize negative effects to the cosmetic image of the plant. This is very rare, but it has happened (just to be honest).

Orders will be packaged with extreme care and shipped bare rooted in sphagnum/soil-less media. This order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If an alternate method of shipment is desired (i.e., USPS Express, FedEX), customers must contact Eden One Eleven immediately to request this prior to completing their order. The total cost of the item will be adjusted to include the new shipping cost. Customer may then proceed to complete their order.

Eden One Eleven is not responsible for any damage suffered during shipment (i.e., shipping stress, wilt, loss of leaf, snapped stem/branch, scratches, etc.). Customers are highly encouraged to check their local weather, or for any events that could negativley impact on-time-delivery.
