▪️CANCELATIONS:

You're free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancelation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it's unlikely that a refund will be possible.

▪️DAMAGE OR DEFECTS:

We offer a 100% quality guarantee on our products and are happy to offer a refund or exchange if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, scratches, or scuffs, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. Please reach out with photo evidence of the item's improper condition so that we can make it right.

▪️SHIPPING:

Production time and shipping is estimated to be around 10 days for production, quality control, and delivery. Items are printed by a third party and are no longer directly in our control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences, especially with COVID-19. If you'd like an update on your order, please check the tracking number or contact me directly.

▪️REFUNDS:

If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we will happily work with you to find a solution. However, we cannot refund for other occurrences, such as changing your mind. This business is run by only one person and cannot provide refunds shops or exchanges without an authorized exception.

▪️PRIVACY:

We retain only the information necessary to fulfill orders as retained by Etsy. Information will only be used as necessary for order fulfillment or for use relevant to customer service. Personal information is not stored by me and is maintained by Etsy and the 3rd part fulfillment service that fulfills our orders. Information is in no way sold or distributed except as required to produce and deliver products.
