Vintage Hand Painted and Rhinestone Studded Tortoise shops Shell Finish Lucite Women's Flapjack Compact

Lucite Tortoise shell hand painted compact. Flowers and rhinestones decorate this 4" flapjack style compact. Beautiful overlapping circle design on back. Very lightly used. One small cigarette burn (?) on front of case.
