This is a scarf using 100% sustainable materials. It's really fun! The look is rustic and funky - lots of personality and character. The colors are mostly a jewel-tone palette, featuring a lot of black, green, gold, grey, red, some lighter neutrals, and an occasional bright accent. It has stripes throughout, with changing textures and fabric widths for extra variety. It's quite long so you can wrap it around many times if you want, and I finished it with twisted tassels on the end. The materials themselves use a mix of recycled, natural (including wool, cotton, and alpaca), recycled and natural, and the occasional destash yarn (that might've gone to the trash can otherwise).
I wove this scarf by hand in a smoke-free environment. It's sized for an adult and suitable for all genders. Enjoy!!
The scarf will arrive in 100% compostable packaging. The outer packaging (i.e., mailer, label, tape) is entirely recyclable. Inside the package, the scarf itself is ready-to-wear and doesn't require washing. When it's time to clean, hand-wash it in cold water (using a wool conditioner) and lay flat to dry.
Please note the exact color and precise measurements will vary from the product photos, which are intended to give a sense of scale and color palette. Also, please be aware that due to the nature of handmade goods, the piece could have slight imperfections.
