These paintings are not photo realistic - but rather a cheerful impression of what your home looks like. Each painting is hand sketched by Caitlin on paper, painted using Acrylic Gouache (a mix between acrylics and watercolors), scanned in and digitally retouched.

You have the option of purchasing the digital file only, or purchasing a printed version of your painting in a 5x7, 8x10, or 11x14. You will also receive the digital file if you purchase a print. These are great to have on hand if your print is lost or damaged.

Steps:
1. Purchase Listing
2. Send a message to Caitlin with images of your house. Please be sure to send a photo from the front of the house (street view) in good lighting. Include any notes that you might have.
3. Caitlin will paint your home and send a proof via message when it's ready.
4. Once approved by you, you will receive your digital file. If you ordered a printed version, that will be printed and mailed shortly.
