- After purchasing on Etsy, send me a picture you would like to have illustrated. Specify color palette and any specific feature you wish to highlight. For the best results please send a high quality picture.

- An illustration usually takes around 3 to 5 business days.

- You will receive a preview for approval. One round of revision is included.

- After you are satisfied with the final result you will receive a high quality pdf and one jpg (for social media).
