• HOW TO PLAY •
GAME PREPARATION:
All pins (numbered from 1 to 12) are placed together with no space between them—see diagram in photo carousel—and between 9 to 12 feet (3 to 4 meters) in front of the players.
PLAYING ORDER:
It's for you to decide! If you're at your second (or third, or fourth!) game, the playing order should be determined based on the previous game's scores.
RULES - SCORE CARD:
First player throws the LÜKKY (the pin without a number) onto the pin cluster. If only one pin falls down, it's the number written on that pin that counts. If the player throws the LÜKKY and multiple pins fall down, then you count the number of pins on the ground (and NOT the number written on them). Each player gets to throw once before moving on to the next player. Once everybody has thrown once, the first player throws again and so forth until the end of the game.
If a player fails to knock down any pin for three rounds in a row, that player is out.
WHAT TO DO WHEN PINS FALL DOWN:
After counting your score based on the knocked-over pin(s), place the pin(s) back up again using the pointed end as a reference point for where it should now stand. If a pin doesn't fall down entirely and leans on another pin or the LÜKKY, that particular pin doesn't count.
END OF THE GAME:
The game ends when a player reaches exactly 50 shops points. If they go over that number, their score goes back down to 25 and they can continue to play until they or someone else reaches 50 points.
