Vintage 1940s brown fabric tam style hat with a grosgrain ribbon bow. It has a shaped piece that fits snugly on the head with a beret or tam shops style top. Made by New York Creations. Marked a size 22. Not sure of the fabric content, but it feels almost like a heavy cotton. The interior circumference is 21". The diameter across the top front to back is 8.25" and side to side is 9.5". In great condition, with no stains or holes.
